Each method has its own place in the overall scheme of things, and you will be able to use anyone or more at a moment's notice. Let's take a look at these three options so that you can make an informed choice.

First, let's look at step one, which is simply to awaken from your current state of relaxation. This can be done through as simple a process as just sitting comfortably with your eyes closed, or as complicated a process as sitting cross-legged and tapping your feet. The key idea here is that you are beginning from a point of stillness, clarity, and relaxation. Next, you will move to the second phase of color meditation.
