Practicing and learning how to perform poses for healing can be a fun and relaxing way to relax. It gives the practitioner the opportunity to put themselves in the 'being-in-the-zone,' meditating or letting go of any concerns and focusing on the environment around them, their intentions, or any other inner state they may be in at that moment. They can also learn about new-age spiritual healing practices, which have proven useful to many people who practice this style of meditation. Performing the poses for healing allows the practitioner to experience deeper levels of self-healing and emotional release.

In order to perform the paces for healing through the art of meditation, a person must first learn about their body's energy fields. They must be able to identify and differentiate between them and the chakras. Chakras are energy fields along energy pathways that run through our bodies, these energy pathways are associated with each chakra. By practicing proper breathing techniques while trying to stay in a balanced and centered state, an individual can also clear their chakras and open up their energy fields. By doing this, they can begin to work on healing themselves and releasing any negative energies or thoughts that are stuck in their psychic zones.


Practicing the paces for Reiki meditation can be performed with a group, or one can simply do it alone. The Reiki practitioners will all perform different poses, as well as follow different breathing patterns in order to open their energy fields and clear their chakras. By doing this, they are able to help their client as they begin their own personal Reiki healing session. If you choose to meditate by yourself, there are some things that you should know in order to get the most out of your experience.

First and foremost, you need to let go of any expectations or judgments you may have about what your new age meditation session is going to look like. When you first start out with your meditation session you may feel as if your energy fields are heavily blocked and you are not sure how they are going to clear. That is normal; it takes time for people to let go of the beliefs that have made them to this point and begin the healing process.

Next, you need to relax and let go of any expectations about how long your new age Reiki healing session is going to last. In fact, you are not even going to need to worry about anything other than a comfortable place for you to sit, as well as something to place your meditation ball (or whatever else you may use) on. All other things will fall into place during your first few moments of relaxation. Once you are fully in tune with the universe, you will be able to focus on the flow of energy and how it is taking form inside of you.

Lastly, the best thing that you can do is to connect with your Reiki master of another discipline that is similar to Reiki. For example, you can play classical music, you can listen to tapes of classical music, or you can watch classical movies about classical music. All of these things will help you connect with your personal universe of energy and your personal state of mind. As your practitioner, your job is to facilitate your connection with that world.
